SHARPT Communications formed to partner with UT Austin

The following is part of our class project:

SHARPT Communications was formed in September of 2009 at the University of Texas at Austin at the request of Jeff Hunt and Paul Walker, professors of a Public Relations Strategies class.  SHARPT was given the assignment to work closely with their client, The University of Texas at Austin, to create a carefully coordinated and calculated campaign that would serve to dispel myths about the funding and financial state of the University of Texas in the eyes of their donors, students, alumni, and general public.

SHARPT Communications consists of a team of seven diverse and highly motivated partners who all strive to someday practice public relations after they graduate from the university.  In the meantime, they sharpen their skills by taking on projects such as their current endeavor with the University of Texas at Austin.
